One person who has successfully managed to harness the power of TikTok to build a thriving brand is Alice Rowen Hall, founder of Rowen Homes.
Alice started her first business while working as a teaching assistant at the age of 23. Investing £90 into a stock of party dresses, she launched an ecommerce business called Pink Boutique and grew the company to £25 million turnover and a team of 70. She sold out of the business at the start of 2020 and set up a new homeware venture, Rowen Homes.
The company has grown to 30 people and multi-million turnover within 18 months of launch, and Alice credits TikTok as a huge driver of growth. Rowen Homes has over 362k followers and 50 million video views with its top performing video attracting a mammoth 4.8 million views, the platform has no doubt, been a crucial part of the brand’s success.
