Are you accredited?

Our strategy builder programme is CPD accredited, meaning it has been reviewed and reaches the required Continuing Professional Development standards and benchmarks with learning values scrutinised to ensure integrity and quality. You can learn more about The CPD Certification Service here.

What does CPD Certified mean?

CPD stands for Continuing Professional Development and is the term used to describe the learning activities professionals engage in to develop and enhance their abilities. Our course is CPD accredited, meaning it has been reviewed and reaches the required Continuing Professional Development standards and benchmarks with learning values scrutinised to ensure integrity and quality.

How can I pay?

We operate on a subscription basis, than can either be set up through stripe or via invoice. We accept paid monthly and annually options.

Can I join Fabric from outside the UK?

Yes, Fabric operates remotely so you can access our learning platform from anywhere in the world. All our learning is on-demand and coaching sessions can be booked at times that work best for the learner. 

How do you assign a coach?

After gaining an understanding of your business and marketing team objectives, we match each member of your team with a coach that is best suit to help them achieve their goals and develop their skillset.

How do you ensure the credentials of coaches & assessors?

We operate a strict qualifying criteria when selecting coaches & assessors, ensuring they have the required qualifications and experience in industry. 

 
After every coaching session we ask learners for feedback on their coach, to allow us to continuously monitor the quality and value the coach is offering, as well as regular reviews of work delivered. 

What is the minimum subscription period?

We operate annual agreements (paid monthly, or annually with a discount), to ensure there is a significant period of time for the value of our service to be evidenced.

Are you able to increase coaching & training support after starting subscription?

Yes, our packages are customisable and we are happy to accommodate an adjustment of your package to ensure Fabric can offer your business the most value and impact from our services.

What feedback do managers get on team progress?

Your account manager will provide frequent updates and reports on insights and progress, and ensure alignment on objectives and goals. We also provide reports on your teams' feedback and comments on the value from every session transparently, who has been booking and attending sessions and any no-shows.

Are coaching sessions confidential?

Coaching sessions are a safe space for learners, so recordings and confidential information are not shared outside of our organisation.
