How it Works

1. Get Matched

Get matched with aspiring marketers who are a perfect fit for you to coach and who are eager to learn from your expertise and experience. As well as grow your network and build your personal brand.

2. Coach

Your coachee will have access to a booking page where they can book directly into your calendar. You will run 25 minute 1-1 sessions on a regular basis, guiding your coachee through their challenges, providing insights, feedback, and support.

3. Admin Handled

Focus on what you do best - coaching. Fabric takes care of all administrative tasks, including contracts, payments, and scheduling. This ensures a smooth and hassle-free experience for both you and your coachees.

4. Feedback and Improve

Receive regular feedback from your mentees and our team to continually improve your coaching techniques. Utilise performance analytics to track progress and effectiveness, helping you refine your approach and achieve better outcomes.

5. Get Paid

Enjoy the financial rewards of your hard work. Fabric ensures timely and competitive compensation for your coaching sessions. Invoices will be paid no more than 14 days after they’re received.
